Mark Hirschhorn is the Chief FinancialOfficer of Amwell, a leader in hybrid care solutions for healthcare providers
and payers. He brings extensive experience in the digital healthcare industry
to this role.

Mr. Hirschhornpreviously served as CEO of TapestryHealth and as the Chief Financial Officer of ArisGlobal in Coral Gables, Florida. With a career spanning decades, his professional accomplishments include directing finance, treasury, and investor relations for three multinational public companies and securing capital through private placements at six companies.

In addition to hisfinancial background, Mr. Hirschhorn has successfully managed technical operations for financial companies. He helped build financial operations and information technology departments for a variety of companies, including startups and relaunches. He also has revamped financing strategies at several companies to maximize free cash flow.

Frequently sharing hisprofessional knowledge, Mark Hirschhorn has presented quarterly financial results and forecasts at many sell side investor conferences sponsored by the world’s leading financial institutions such as JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. He is a graduate of Rutgers Business School and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting.
